The Specialist, Program Business Management works independently, executes business plans, Earned Value (EV) management and data deliverables. The Specialist assists in analysis of program metrics, estimates, monitors program's progress, collect data to support negotiation of contracts and contractual changes. The Specialist coordinates customer action items, maintains program templates, metrics and presentation materials.
Execute business plans, Earned Value (EV) calculations and data deliverables for Program Management.
Analyze program metrics and status to develop business plans and proposals.
Assist in developing accurate program estimates and monitor EV performance.
Monitor progress of program against financial plans, EV targets, and other metrics using control and reporting systems.
Assist with proposals and proposal work statements.
Prepare operating budgets, specifications and financial conditions of contracts.
Coordinate customer action item responses to meet customer program objectives.
Maintain program templates, metrics and presentation materials to ensure information on program status and performance is available for further analysis.
Manage EV calculations, planning, and data deliverables for all program phases from inception through completion.
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Experience with SAP
Demonstrated experience leveraging Excel skills including Macros, V Look-Ups, Pivot Tables, etc. to drive business results
Experience leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience collaborating across all business levels
