The Master Scheduling System Specialist is an integral part of the SIOP & Materials, Analytics and Master Scheduling organization.  They are a team of professionals who get things done, enjoy working together and are committed to growing with this fast-moving company.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide backfill support to Master Schedulers

  • Learn the processes and procedures of Master Scheduling, as well as site-specific needs

  • Manage the standard work and processes for Master Scheduling

    • Desktop instructions

    • CMS Compliance

  • Manage Master Scheduling training materials for external parties, and host small or large-group training, as necessary

  • Develop process for and manage the on-going master data tracking for planning system health

  • Participate in planning software implementation

    • Project Manage master data updates for each OE and AM site in preparation for system implementation

    • Coordinate planning software user acceptance testing with IT and site users

    • Provide planning software user training for Master Schedulers and Simulation users

    • Act as the primary planning software owner for Master Scheduling and Simulations

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR

  • Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR

  • In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required

  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SIOP & Materials, Analytics

  • Experience in Master Scheduling

  • Experience with SAP

  • Experience with Functional Operations

  • Experience leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel skills to drive results
