The HR Assistant will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to: Assist Facility Operations Director, the scheduling interviews, correspondence with applicants, maintaining files and timesheets for all employees, assisting, conducting new hire orientation and training, and assisting with additional office tasks as needed.
Works under direct supervision of the Facility’s Operations Director
Provides administrative assistance to management by providing secretarial, clerical and office management support.
Responsibilities may include maintenance, food and cafeteria management, travel arrangement and commercial flight services.
Control of activities agenda, word processing, documents filing, office supplies, and preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and graphs for presentations for Operations Director.
May provide assistance within HR (e.g. interview arrangements, training coordination, employee onboarding, employee relations support, departmental administrative work, etc.).
Responds to basic to fairly complex email and phone inquiries regarding HR policies, personnel procedures, benefits programs, etc.
Gathers, verifies and processes personnel related documentation.
Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline in Business Administration, Psychology or related.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruiting/Human Resources processes.
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Customer service oriented
Attitude of Service
Experience in Taleo, Workday or any other Talent Management Software.
