Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating, initiating and maintaining personnel security clearances in JPAS, DISS, eQIP, and SIMS in accordance with NISPOM requirements.
  • Fingerprint employees.
  • Maintain access list database for Closed and Restricted Areas.
  • Maintain alarm access to closed areas.
  • Administer visit authorization letters.
  • Facilitate classified meetings.
  • Validate facility security clearances in the National Industrial Security System (NISS).
  • Conduct initial and annual Security refresher training, NATO briefings, and other annual training as necessary.
  • Support the maintenance of Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD Form 254).
  • Provide professional support and proactive customer service to coworkers, internal customers and external customers on a daily basis.
  • Operate in accordance with corporate and division policies and practices.
  • Comply with accepted business ethics.



Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or AA/AS degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance.  Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements (Must be a U.S. Citizen)
