The Operations team continues to grow and aims to strengthen the connection of Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain and Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) across Collins Aerospace. In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to network across our businesses and functions, all while improving the productivity, quality and efficiency of our operations worldwide.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze production plan performance and analyze issues impacting execution of the plan.
  • Analyze material attributes and characteristics to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Analyze inventory performance and root cause excesses and shortages.
  • Create and maintain metrics specific to operational performance.
  • Create standard work processes to drive consistency across operations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
